Method

Fish Preparation

1

Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Cook the Fish

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Place the seasoned fish fillets into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3

Add Lemon Juice

Once the fish is cooked, drizzle lemon juice over the fillets and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remove from heat and set aside.

Spaghetti Preparation

4

Boil Water

In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

5

Cook Spaghetti

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes for al dente.

6

Drain Spaghetti

Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and return it to the pot. You can drizzle a little olive oil to prevent sticking if desired.

Combining

7

Combine Fish and Spaghetti

Gently toss the cooked spaghetti with the fish and the juices from the skillet. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
