Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of the fish fillets.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Once cooked, remove the fish from the skillet and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Spaghetti Preparation

  1. 5

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.

  2. 6

    Cook the Spaghetti

Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

  3. 7

    Drain and Serve

Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a colander and return it to the pot. Toss with a little olive oil if desired.

  4. 8

    Combine and Serve

Plate the spaghetti and top with the cooked fish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
