Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 8 cups of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Add the Vegetables

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp.

Combining and Serving

  1. 4

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine.

  2. 5

    Season the Dish

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and toss until the cheese is melted and evenly distributed.

  3. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately while hot. Enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
