Cauliflower Wings
Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Cauliflower Wings
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated. Shake off any excess batter.
Bake the Wings
Place the coated cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in a bowl with the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Return to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Blue Cheese Dressing
Mix the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Chill
Cover the dressing and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
