Roasting the Peppers
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the red bell pepper and jalapeño in half and remove the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until charred and tender.

Making the Fire Roasted Pepper Dip
Once the peppers are roasted and cooled, chop them into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted peppers with minced garlic and softened cream cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembling the Double Dip
In a serving bowl, layer the fire roasted pepper dip, guacamole, and salsa. You can either layer them separately or mix them together for a swirl effect.

Serve the Double Dip with tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
