Lobster Tails

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top, keeping it attached at the base.

  2. 2

    Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Baste the Lobster

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish. Generously baste the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
