Make the Walnut Pesto
In a food processor, combine walnuts, fresh basil, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.

Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sourdough slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Assemble the Toast
Spread a generous amount of walnut pesto on each toasted slice of sourdough bread. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of the pesto.
