Boogy Juice Base
Fruit & Garnish
Method
Boogy Juice Base
- 1
Mix juices
In a large pitcher (at least 2 quart capacity), pour the fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice. Stir gently to combine.
- 2
Sweeten and balance
Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup (or simple syrup). Stir well and taste. Adjust sweetness by adding up to 1 tablespoon more syrup if desired, or add a little more lime juice for brightness.
- 3
Chill and carbonate
Refrigerate the juice mixture for 15–20 minutes to chill. Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled sparkling water to retain fizz.
Fruit & Garnish
- 4
Prepare fruit
While the base chills, slice the orange into rounds or half-moons and cut fresh pineapple into bite-size chunks. If using raspberries or pomegranate seeds, rinse and drain them well.
- 5
Assemble pitcher
Add the ice cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses. Add the orange slices, pineapple chunks, and raspberries/pomegranate seeds to the pitcher, stirring gently to distribute fruit without crushing. Add most of the mint leaves, reserving a few for garnish.
- 6
Serve
Ladle the Boogy Juice into glasses, making sure each gets some fruit. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and an orange slice. Serve immediately so the sparkling water remains fizzy.
