Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the ciabatta bread into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, and salt. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool.

In a large bowl, tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces. Add the crispy bacon, crispy capers, and croutons to the lettuce.
