Preparation Steps

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Sauté Spinach

    In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts (chopped), mozzarella, provolone, romano, parmesan, cream cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

    Transfer to Baking Dish

    Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

    Serve

    Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with buttered and salted Bavarian soft pretzels.
