Preparation and Baking
- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before stretching. If making from scratch, prepare and rise the dough according to your recipe.
- 2
Shape the Breadsticks
On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.
- 3
Add Toppings
Brush the dough strips with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, Italian herbs, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 4
Bake
Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
