Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Kneading and Rising

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Assembling Focaccia

Prepare Baking Pan
Grease a baking pan with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Shape the Dough
After the dough has risen, punch it down and stretch it out into the baking pan, creating dimples with your fingers.

Drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle with sea salt, and add fresh rosemary.

Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 20-30 minutes.
