Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, camembert (cut into small pieces), and half of the gruyère cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Lasagna

In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the spinach mixture. Place 3 lasagna sheets on top, followed by half of the cheese mixture and half of the remaining spinach mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of lasagna sheets topped with the remaining cheese mixture and the rest of the gruyère cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lasagna

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.

  5. 5

    Serve

Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
