1. Prepare the Tuna
Brush the yellowfin tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Grill the Tuna
Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
3. Crispy Spinach
