8 oz. flat iron steak cooked to your preferred temperature in our wood burning oven, topped with sauteed onions and wild mushrooms. Served with a side of garlic asparagus and your choice of fettuccine alfredo or penne pasta mixed with marinara sauce.

Steak Preparation

    Prepare the Steak

    Season the flat iron steak with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your preferred doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.

Toppings Preparation

    Sauté Onions and Mushrooms

    In the same skillet, add butter. Sauté sliced onions until translucent. Add wild mushrooms and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Garlic Asparagus

    Cook Asparagus

    In a separate pan, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and asparagus. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until asparagus is tender. Season with salt and black pepper.

Pasta Preparation

    Cook Pasta

    Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and toss with either alfredo or marinara sauce.

Plating

    Serve

    Slice the steak and place it on a plate. Top with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Serve with garlic asparagus on the side and pasta of choice.
