Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Assemble the Pizza
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the garlic olive oil sauce over the dough. Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and crumbled feta cheese.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy and the potatoes are tender.

Add Prosciutto
Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top with slices of prosciutto. Let sit for a minute before slicing.

Slice the pizza and serve hot, garnishing with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
