Pizza Base and Toppings
Method
Preparation and Baking
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- 2
Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add Marinara Sauce
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Add Toppings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the diced Canadian bacon and pineapple chunks. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to taste.
- 5
Drizzle Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the toppings to enhance flavor.
- 6
Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- 7
Cool and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy your Hawaiian pizza!
