Prepare the Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large bowl.

Coat the Wings
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the wings in the flour mixture until well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce until combined.

Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the hot sauce mixture until they are well coated.

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks.
