Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each piece is well coated.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4
Add Cheese
Once the chicken is cooked, place them in a baking dish. Spoon marinara sauce over each piece and top with mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 5
Bake
Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6
Cook the Pasta
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 7
Serve
Serve the chicken on a bed of spaghetti, topped with additional marinara sauce and fresh basil if desired.
