Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Beef Sirloin
Preheat your rotisserie oven according to the manufacturer's instructions. Season the beef sirloin tip with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Rub the olive oil all over the beef.
- 2
Cook the Beef
Secure the beef sirloin on the rotisserie spit and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (medium-rare) or desired doneness.
- 3
Make the Mushroom Glacé
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned. Pour in red wine and beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Reduce the sauce until it thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- 4
Serve
Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the rotisserie and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced beef with the mushroom glacé drizzled over it.
