Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, remove excess bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add onions and green peppers, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

Combine Ingredients
Crumble the cooked bacon into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add diced tomatoes and stir well.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top of the mixture and cover the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy your Zak’s!
