Preparing the Chicken Wings

Season the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with salt, pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.

Toss in Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of hot sauce, honey garlic, or BBQ sauce.

Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges or strips, depending on your preference.

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the fries out on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
