Preparing the Home Fries

  1. 1

    Cook the Potatoes

Dice the potato, onion, and bell pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.

Cooking the Egg and Meat

    Cook the Bacon/Sausage/Ham

In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy, or cook the sausage/ham until heated through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Cook the Egg

In the same pan, crack the egg and cook it to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or poached).

Toast and Baked Beans

  1. 4

    Prepare Toast and Baked Beans

Toast the slice of bread to your liking. Heat the baked beans in a small pot until warmed through.

Plating

    Serve

On a plate, arrange the home fries, cooked egg, bacon/sausage/ham, baked beans, toast, and mixed fruit.
