Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and spinach thoroughly. If using fresh pineapple, peel and chop it into chunks. Peel the banana.

3. Adjust Consistency
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more oat milk, orange juice, or water to reach your desired consistency.
