Method

Prepare Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Season the Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  3. 3

    Add Sauce

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your choice of hot sauce, honey garlic, BBQ, or Nashville hot sauce.

Prepare Fries

  1. 4

    Cut the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Prepare Vegetable Sticks

  1. 6

    Cut Vegetables

Cut the carrots and celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Blue Cheese Dip

  1. 7

    Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
