Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your smoker or oven to 325°F (160°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Smoke and Roast
Place the turkey breast in the smoker or oven, and pour chicken broth into the pan. Smoke for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste occasionally.
Cornbread Dressing

Prepare the Dressing
In a skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft. In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, black pepper, and beaten eggs. Mix well.

Bake the Dressing
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Green Bean Casserole

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add butter, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mash until smooth (or leave chunky if preferred), and serve warm.
