Prepare the Wild Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine wild rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until rice is tender. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes.

Make the Butter
In a bowl, combine softened butter, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, cilantro, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together ancho chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Cook the Salmon
Heat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Serve
Serve the grilled salmon topped with the sun-dried tomato, roasted garlic, and cilantro butter, alongside the wild rice.
