Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Figs

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice each black fig in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Add Gorgonzola and Prosciutto

Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top of the fig halves. Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and place them over the cheese.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with Garlic Oil

Drizzle garlic oil over the figs, gorgonzola, and prosciutto.

  4. 4

    Bake the Figgy Piggy

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the figs are warmed through.

  5. 5

    Add Arugula and Truffle Oil

Remove from the oven and place a handful of arugula on top of each fig. Drizzle with truffle oil just before serving.

  6. 6

    Finish with Italian Cheese Blend

Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend over the top and serve warm.
