Bruschetta Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Goat Cheese Fondue

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the goat cheese and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Tomatoes

Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Add the balsamic vinegar, E.V.O.O., salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Ciabatta

Grill the ciabatta slices until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. You can brush them lightly with E.V.O.O. before grilling for extra flavor.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bruschetta

Spread a generous amount of the goat cheese fondue onto each slice of grilled ciabatta. Top with the marinated tomatoes and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  5. 5

    Serve

Drizzle with additional E.V.O.O. if desired and serve immediately.
