Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a shallow dish, place flour. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge each piece in flour, shaking off excess. Fry chicken in batches for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
