Rodeo Burger Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- 2
Cook the Patties
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 3
Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger patty and cover the skillet to help melt the cheese.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, spread 1 tablespoon of Haus BBQ sauce, add the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, top with onion rings and pickle slices, and finish with the top half of the bun.
- 5
Serve
Serve the Rodeo Burgers immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
