Cook the Bratwurst

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bratwurst links and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest.

Prepare the Buns

While the bratwursts are cooking, toast the buns lightly on a grill or in the oven until golden brown.

Assemble the Dish

Spread a generous amount of fig mustard inside each toasted bun. Place a cooked bratwurst in each bun.

Top each bratwurst with arugula, crumbled goat cheese, a drizzle of honey, and a handful of candied walnuts.
