Hot Diggity Dog Preparation

Prepare the Beef Franks
Grill or boil the beef franks according to package instructions until heated through.

Warm the Chili
In a saucepan, heat the Haus chili over medium heat until it is hot, stirring occasionally.

Prepare Cheese Sauce
If using store-bought cheese sauce, warm it in a small pot over low heat until melted. If making your own, prepare it according to your recipe.

Chop the Tomato
Dice the medium tomato and set it aside for garnish.

Assemble the Hot Dogs
In each hot dog bun, place a beef frank, then layer with warm Haus chili, cheese sauce, diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, and top with Fritos for crunch.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped chives over the top of each assembled hot dog for added flavor and presentation.
