Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

2

Cook the Beef Franks

In the same skillet, cook the beef franks until heated through and slightly browned. Remove from heat and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

3

Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute. Slowly add the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

5

Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked macaroni, chopped bacon, and sliced beef franks to the cheese sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through.

6

Serve

Serve the Bacon Mac hot, and enjoy!
