Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl, pour the buffalo sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly.

- 7
Prepare the Celery
Wash and cut the celery sticks into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter.
- 8

- 9
