1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for a crispy pizza crust.

2. Prepare the Pizza Dough

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

3. Add the BBQ Sauce

Spread the Korean BBQ sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

4. Layer the Toppings

Distribute the Wright's BBQ smoked pork evenly over the sauce, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Add Pickled Vegetables

Sprinkle the pickled carrot and daikon on top of the cheese.

6. Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
