Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the clams under cold water to remove any sand and debris. Finely chop the celery and scallions, and mince the garlic.

Cook the N'duja
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the n'duja sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until it starts to brown.
- 3
Add Vegetables and Clams
Add the chopped celery and scallions to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften. Then, add the clams and white wine, covering the skillet with a lid.

Cook the Pasta
While the clams are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tagliolini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
