    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Mushrooms

    Clean the large white mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully remove the stems by twisting them off and set aside.

Stuffing Mixture

    Make the Filling

    In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.

    Add Flavorings

    Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Stuffing the Mushrooms

    Stuff the Caps

    Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap generously with the stuffing mixture.

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

    Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Baking

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are slightly golden.
