Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Rigatoni

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.

Alfredo Sauce Preparation

  1. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  2. 3

    Add Cream

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 4

    Incorporate Cheese

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve

  1. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained rigatoni pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

  2. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley on top. Enjoy your creamy Rigatoni Alfredo!
