Meatballs Preparation

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix the Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Shape the Meatballs
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Bake the Meatballs
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

Prepare the Sliders
Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Assemble the Sliders
Slice the slider buns in half. On each bottom half, place a meatball, top with a spoonful of marinara sauce, and a slice of provolone cheese.

Melt the Cheese
Return the assembled sliders to the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, then place the top half of the bun on each slider. Serve warm.
