Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Focaccia
Slice the focaccia bread horizontally to create two equal halves. If desired, lightly toast the focaccia halves in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Tomatoes
Rinse the grape tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut each grape tomato in half or leave them whole, depending on your preference.
Assembly
- 3
Assemble the Dish
Place the bottom half of the toasted focaccia on a serving platter. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly over the focaccia. Scatter the halved grape tomatoes on top of the burrata.
- 4
Drizzle with Oils
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the assembled ingredients, followed by the balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.
- 5
Serve
Place the top half of the focaccia over the assembled ingredients and cut into servings. Serve immediately while the focaccia is warm and the burrata is creamy.
