Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, pineapple chunks, diced ham, chopped bacon, and fresh mozzarella cheese. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. 3

    Add Spices

Sprinkle the red chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and dried thyme over the mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Mixture

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  1. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once baked, remove the dish from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
