Prepare the Soda Base
In a large pitcher, combine the blood orange syrup, sparkling water, and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.

Add Ice
Fill two glasses with ice cubes, approximately one cup of ice per glass.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Pour the soda mixture over the ice in each glass. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a few fresh mint leaves on top.
