Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix well. Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them in the marinade. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus, and slice the bell peppers and zucchini into strips. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat.

Making the Lemon Butter

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat once fully melted and combined.
