Wine Making Process

1

Harvesting Grapes

Carefully harvest the Syrah and Violette grapes, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected.

2

Crushing and Destemming

Crush and destem the harvested grapes to release their juices. Place the crushed grapes in a fermentation vessel.

3

Adding Yeast

Add the yeast to the fermentation vessel to initiate the fermentation process.

4

Fermentation

Allow the mixture to ferment for about 7-10 days, stirring gently each day.

5

Pressing

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the grape skins.

6

Aging

Transfer the wine to an aging barrel or container and add oak chips. Allow to age for at least 6 months.

7

Bottling

After aging, filter and bottle the wine. Seal with corks and label appropriately.
