Prepare the Glass
Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Lucano Zero Amaro, Giffard Bitter, and fresh grapefruit juice. Stir gently.

Build the Drink
Pour the mixture over the ice in the prepared glass. Top with tonic water and soda water.

Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
