Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- 2
Cook the Patties
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties and place two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato and wash the lettuce leaves.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns if desired. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 5
Serve
Serve the double cheeseburgers immediately while hot. Enjoy!
