Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water for about 20 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Seafood

In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the Prawns and Squid

Add the prawns and squid to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink and the squid is cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add the Mussels

Add the mussels and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they open up.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Add the soaked noodles, light soy sauce, sliced red chili, and fresh basil leaves to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional basil leaves if desired.
