Prepare the Noodles
Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water for about 20 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Seafood
In a wok or large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the Prawns and Squid
Add the prawns and squid to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink and the squid is cooked through.

Add the Mussels
Add the mussels and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they open up.

Combine Everything
Add the soaked noodles, light soy sauce, sliced red chili, and fresh basil leaves to the wok. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional basil leaves if desired.
