Marinate the Sea Bass
In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add the sea bass fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Pan
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Sea Bass
Remove the sea bass from the marinade and carefully place them in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Garnish
While the fish is cooking, mix the chopped cilantro, mint leaves, green onions, and crushed peanuts in a bowl.

Once the sea bass is cooked, remove it from the skillet, top with the herb and peanut mixture, and serve immediately.
