Mix the Spirits
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Kahlua, Grand Marnier, and Brandy. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Layer
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Carefully pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the spirits.

Serve
Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a twist of orange peel if desired. Serve immediately.
